B. Fuller’s Mortar and Pestle is a local shop in Seattle selling natural blends of teas and herbal tisanes.  My goal was to create packaging for a new line of products to be sold at Whole Foods. Inspired by their current branding, I embraced an eclectic use of type and hand lettering to reflect their nostalgic, and steampunk aesthetic.  I used my illustration skills to create a custom pattern to use as texture in the background of the packaging. I created a custom dieline to evoke a similarity of vintage tea tins, while still being a fully recyclable and sustainable package design.
